Dr. Viktória Mannheim graduated from the University of Miskolc in 1996 with a degree in mechanical engineering, in 1997 with a degree in preparatory engineering and in 2000 with a degree in engineering economics. Between 1997 and 2008 she was a PhD candidate at the Institute of Raw Material Preparation and Environmental Process Engineering, University of Miskolc. He completed his diploma and PhD thesis at the Technical University of Berlin. He was a lecturer at the Institute of Raw Material Preparation and Environmental Process Engineering from 2000 to 2008, associate professor at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering for Energy and Chemical Industry from 2008 to 2014, environmental expert for waste management companies from 2014 to 2018, senior research fellow at the University of Miskolc-FIEK and head of the ME-LCA research group from 2018 to 2022. Since April 2022, he is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Mechanical Engineering for Energy and Chemical Industry, University of Miskolc. From 1998 to 2018, he was the author and editor-in-chief of the Dashöfer publications "Waste Management Advisor" and "Collection of Environmental Laws and Forms", and a permanent author of the journal "Waste Fate". Vice President of the LCA Center Association and member of the Editorial Board of ECO-MATRIX magazine. His main research and teaching interests include environmental protection, mechanical process engineering, waste preparation technologies, life cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental management.
